Delivery service: All furniture is heavily packaged and will be delivered by courier. The standard UK service deliver between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. For an extra charge we also offer an express delivery service on Saturdays from 9 - 12, please call 01655 750009 to get a quote. For all deliveries out with the UK and UK mainland prices will vary, please call 01655 750009 to get a quote.
Delivery time frame: Products that are in stock will be delivered within 5/7 working days from receiving payment. Products that are out of stock or made to order will vary, please call 01655 750009 to get a delivery date.
Cancellation and refund policy: Orders for stock products can be cancelled within 24hrs and money refunded. A small cancellation fee may be charged to cover money transfers and paper work. Furniture made to order cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has started.
Return policy: Stock furniture may be returned, charges will be applied for delivery costs and clerical work. Furniture made to order cannot be returned.
